My Story and Sure-Fire Techniques for Reducing Anxiety

As you may know, I teach Yoga, Meditation & Clean Eating. I Empower stressed women to practice self-care, reduce anxiety & learn to live holistically on a budget

I want to share my story with you today (and show you what’s possible for you!)  Plus stay tuned to the end where you will Discover Sure-fire techniques to reducing anxiety.

As a former drug addict in full recovery, now yoga teacher and health and wellness coach, I know exactly what it’s like to feel hopeless and confused, to eat everything in sight and just want to feel comfortable in my body, mind, and soul.

Also, my mother has been ill off & on my entire life.

More recently, she’s been having seizures & falling & hurting herself every couple of months.

Her & my dad live very far away and I am an only child.

My practice of yoga, meditation, and loving-kindness has saved my life.

I’ve been doing yoga since my early 20’s and have been a certified yoga teacher since 2003.  My mom was on her death bed and in a coma for a month while I was finishing up training. I received my 500-hour certification in 2017and then became a Health & Wellness Coach in 2018 and then recently became a Primal Health Coach.


The 500-hour certification and the original health & wellness training weren’t the best quality programs but I am proud to be a Primal health coach which was intense but great and it took me almost a year to complete.

In October, I  got trained by Lee Albert (you can watch him on Youtube) and he’s cutting edge when it comes to pain management.

He’s been a major influence to my health and also how I’ve taught the past 5 years.  

I’ve taught many people of all ages, sizes, and abilities.

I’ve OVERCOME many physical and mental struggles throughout my life.

I’ve suffered through minor depression, was raped, abused drugs, suffered various eating disorders, several broken bones, and surgeries … back,neck & shoulder issues. The list goes ON & ON

My personal journey is just one example that my Private HealthyAging & Holistic Living program works.

Through my practice, I’ve learned to balance my hormones, heal my various injuries and learn a ton of pain management techniques, increase my mental clarity, tone my body, increase my strength and lose weight and inches.

I’ve also learned how to go from me & my husband almost claiming Bankruptcy to building up a 6-month emergency fund, while paying off debt and fund our retirement.
