Stress Management and Healthy Habits for Holistic Living & Working on a Budget

I truly believe that heart-centered entrepreneurs want to make a difference in this world with their talents & expertise and that they seek joy, peace & connection and the need to stretch inside & out.

As creatives, we’re wired differently and tend to get overwhelmed by technology, learning as we go, and need to move past fear & anxiety to pursue our dreams.

I empower stressed artists, creatives and heart-centered entrepreneurs to practice self-care, reduce anxiety and learn to live and work holistically on a budget.

I will show you how to keep doing what you love while learning to care for yourself holistically on a budget.

My Top Tips on: Stress Management & Healthy Habits for Holistic Living and Working on a Budget

1.   No Phones or Stressful Conversations at Meals.  It sounds difficult at first but in time it gets easier.  Plus it is so good for you and your digestive system.  Learning to be present and mindful and enjoy your own company, or the company of your friends, love ones or work colleagues as you chew, listen and reflect.

2.   Ask yourself this profound question …. Why does everything in life need to be great, enjoyable, happy, (fill in the blank).   What about being appreciative for the air we breathe and water we drink?  Also, not always striving for perfection, happiness, excitement because it is all fleeting.  Joy, gratefulness, contentment and peace within are lasting.

3.   Fear, worry and the ego mind cause a lot of stress.  This easy meditation can be used in most situations for yourself or others.  BREATHE IN Forgiveness (and the person’s name) and BREATHE OUT Release (and the person’s name)  Repeat this many times.  Ahhhhh!

4.   Center before doing big projects.  Sit quietly and follow your breath, practice gratefulness, journal or take a walk in nature.

5.   You may be caffeine sensitive and not know it.  Most People are but choose to ignore the symptoms or are unaware.  Don’t worry, I’m not asking you to give up your caffeinated beverage but be aware that it does affect your sleep.   It definitely does for me.  I need to have my last caffeinated beverage around 1pm so I can STAY ASLEEP (I go to sleep around 9:30pm) if not, I will find myself waking up in the middle of the night.  Not fun.
