1.  How to stop Fear & worry thoughts?

My clients say “I have fear & worry on my mind – I don’t know how to stop these thoughts.”

I tell them that You can’t stop your thoughts but you can learn how to channel and direct them better.

Picture your thoughts floating on a cloud as you watch them slowly float away) or talk to them like their a small child or animal.

Be patient and kind with your thoughts.

2.  Back or neck pain and what you may be doing to make it worse.

Could be how your twisting & turning when you do everyday things like talking to a friend or coworker.

Here’s a tip – when you engage in a conversation turn your chair & your body towards that person – not just your neck.

Remember to have your heart & hips face that person.

3. I'm not going to the bathroom regularly and what common advice is usually incorrectly given.

Here's what I hear many say:

"How do I help my digestive system? I’m just not going to the bathroom. I don’t get it. I’m a vegan and I eat lots of veggies. Shouldn’t everyone eat this way?"

I say, you could be sensitive to wheat and grains.

I suggest to try journaling and tracking what you eat and how you feel afterwards for a couple weeks.

Many experts now a days are realizing that many people are sensitive to grains and wheat and don’t even know it.

Journaling will help you pin point what is making you feel bloated, irritable, shaky and so many other unpleasant symptoms.
